inflexible work schedule Unable to take more than 2 weeks leave in a pay period year round. Can only take 2 weeks leave in summer, no exceptions. Yearly must work 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving & New Years, plus the day before /after the holiday or the eve of the holiday). Unable to take leave from Thanksgiving thru Christmas. Managers care about the bottom line (money), not the employees. No monetary recognition (bonuses) for accomplishments.
