Der Arbeitgeber verlangt von seinen Angestellten Überstunden und Wochenendarbeit. Überstunden und Wochenendarbeit werden nicht vergütet. Der Firmeninhaber setzt oft unrealistische Ziele. Anschreien der Untergebenen ist hier der übliche Führungsstil.

There is no good reason to work i company Inoclad Engineering

Downsides have a lot for Inoclad , there is no atmosphere to work , its a lot of pressure from bosses and they yelling at people have bad communication skills they treat people like a slaves who doesn’t know how to talk, always making pressure for work its never enough you work for weekends , salary is a too bad and i never recommended to join in this company
