Worst organization. - Junior Data Engineer Intern bei Innowatts: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I faced challenges during my time at Innowatts due to office politics. Despite this, my feedback is based solely on my experience and not influenced by the anything. I found the work environment to be high-pressure with a lack of work-life balance. Weekend calls to address production issues were common, and the office space was limited. Additionally, the absence of raises for the India team over the past 1.9 years was disappointing. In the Data Engineering team, the manager's demeanor could be challenging to navigate, especially during difficult moments. Overall, my time at Innowatts was very very difficult and If I will get another chance to join them with higher package then also I will reject. They are pathetic, especially the DE team manager.
