I understand the acquisition took place in order to protect revenue growth, which had become stagnant. However, for a company that states they value culture as much as Innovid does, this was a huge mistake for morale, overall culture, and personnel. Mediaocean calls the shots now, but their management is robotic and lacks empathy. There is now zero collaboration between what is the new Innovid and Mediaocean, no transparency, and no sense of team. They make it impossible to do your job right. Any chance at growing professionally is gone. If you can guarantee in applying that you will stay on what is the new Innovid, and not be moved over to Mediaocean, go for it. Otherwise, run.
