Pros

- Excellent work/life balance - Great communication with peers - Everyone friendly and welcoming - Great depth of senior staff to learn from - Their engineering setup feels very professional and streamlined. Can be a bit too meeting-heavy but I loved it personally.

Kontras

- Communication from management to employee feels fake. Company meetings are all about talking about how amazing everything is going, then when it goes wrong it hits you like a ton of bricks because nobody talks candidly. - A few senior team members are "ask him for everything" guys, making their time extremely limited and blocks progress - Pay is low. Since leaving I have had a 55% wage increase! - Lots of the staff I enjoyed working with were fleeing the company due to the above listed cons, so I'm not sure if the good culture "pros" still apply. - I was made redundant, the company previously had redundancy waves where many well liked colleagues were let go, and every time we were promised "no plans for more, it's all good, we're family". It hits you out of the blue, and it's not handled professionally at all. The family aspect IS true, but doesn't apply to senior management.
