1. Pathetic management. 2. Management treat employees as slaves. 3. They can kick you out anytime they want without giving any notice. 4. I you went out for call you have to mail HR. 5. If lunch time exceeds by even 5 mins you get a warning mail from HR. 6. No employee can leave company on good terms. 7. They haven't provided relieving letter, experience letter to most of the employees. 8. They say company works 5 days a week but employees have to come on every Saturday with neither pay nor basic salary. 9. No personal life. 10. No appreciation from manager or management. 11. No appraisals. 12. Lot of mental torture. 13. Company just work in two words "ETA" and "EOD". 14. Just forget about Project management , Team work . 15. Its just virtual company . from management no one present in OFFICE , they just keep watch by CCTV and just throw warning mails .
