The people working here are awesome. Hard-working, willing to help others learn, and able to enjoy spending time together as a group. There are no real egos...the no jerks thing is sincerely meant. Hard work, knowledge, and creative ideas are respected and recognized. It is still a small company with none of the bureaucracy of larger companies The CEO and leadership team make an effort to know everyone, solicit thoughts on various initiatives, and show appreciation for the work being done. The projects are diverse and interesting. Clients have a high satisfaction rate with both the project teams and the leadership at the company.

If anything...there may be a bit of the workaholic in just about everyone working at this company, but its obvious these are people passionate about what they do. At moment, they are trying to rapidly grow the business, so there are naturally some growing pains but these are being acknowledged by the leadership team and resolved as soon as possible.

Innoveer is a fast growing company with a team-oriented culture. The no-jerks hiring policy is great, and stands true at all levels of the company. The work is interesting. As a consultant with Innoveer you get the opportunity to be client facing at all levels which is something that differs us from the big consulting firms. There are also some fun things that make the company unique, like monthly DITO (day in the office) days where all delivery employees fly in for a day of learning and collaboration, and "Show & Tell" on Fridays. As a consultant you can expect fairly frequent travel (50-75%) when you work onsite with clients. I've been happy with the leadership team at Innoveer as well. I feel like they have a clear vision for the growth and direction of the company and what we need to do to get there.

the Boston office is small, so it creates challenges until our new office space is finished
