Laid back office environment. Everyone is nice. It's a good opportunity to enter the marketing industry.

Would've preferred a full time position, but I understand it wasn't needed for the company. Not really a complaint but I had to put something here.

Leadership at ITS was warm and welcoming at first... I did learn a great deal about the industry and what it takes to be successful in this role. Which is why my clients followed me years later when I joined another firm.

Unfortunately the warm welcome turned into a micro-managing situation which eventually ended with me leaving ITS. Leadership felt the need to manage all aspects of the job and even attempted to manage items unrelated to the workplace. If you have or expecting to have a family, please do not apply as there is ZERO work life balance here and they will manage you out.
