Thank you for your feedback. I agree with some of your points here. The warehouse has been an issue which will soon be fixed. Scheduling and coordination is always a challenge in our business but you'll find we handle it much better than most. We're far too small to have a HR department but I think the benefits companies we use do a great job. I'm not sure how you can say there is a lack of opportunities to advance though. This is an organization where every employee in a senior position, including all location managers, advanced there from the technician level. We have an advancement plan in place that allows a brand new employee with no industry experience to advance to team lead and the top of the technician pay scale in as little as two years. It is true that it takes some initiative on the part of the technician, but that's what we're looking for. We were sorry to see you go and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
