      The other employees that work here are very friendly.

      The level of micromanagement is ridiculous. The employees here work so hard doing work that has a huge positive impact in the community but for such little pay. All the while the corporate team is raking it all in. Their taxes are available online - you can see how much the CEO makes. I can’t believe anyone would even make a donation to this place knowing she takes that much money.

      Pros

      Wonderful working environment. They are flexible, supportive and put family and safety first when working here. I can honestly say I have never worked at more supportive place than there. Competitive wage and great befits.
