Pros
Casual atmosphere - jeans, sneakers, t-shirts all ok.
Prime location, right on top of Penn Station, so very easy to get to.
Somewhat Flexible - Take 30 minute lunches and leave 30 minutes early.
Kontras
- Not very receptive to feedback - A lot of people have great ideas, but none really get listened to.
- Atmosphere is thick. Boss is only in once a week, but when he's in, it gets silent because he doesn't like chatter. When he's not in, it's better, but still not the most conducive to creativity.
- Feels like we're puppets. Just wait for word from the management, and then get started on working.
- No one is really friends with each other. Just come into the office, and say goodbye.
- Don't feel very appreciated - I did something that was not asked of me, and opened up a new channel of revenue. But I got no recognition for that, nor even a thank you..
