Due to some recent failures (I can’t go into detail), the company has a lot of struggles and unique challenges that they are now going through. Management has not coped well with this new reality and it shows. The result is a suddenly high turnover. A lot of valuable and stable employees have headed out the door thus causing a Brain Drain. In response, IDT has started hiring a lot of people to keep up. The outgoing employees leave with the unknown pieces of unfinished projects for the newbies to figure out. Probably wouldn't be my 1st choice for employment, but not a bad choice either.
