1. THE PEOPLE. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful in a variety of ways, regardless of if the task falls under their job description or not. All of the employees are valued and are truly committed to the being the best employees they can be, which is very inspiring! From the executive level and across all of the departments, you can always find support when you need it. At ICE, everyone is like-minded in the sense that we all are ambitious, committed to growing professionally and personally, and believe in creating the best opportunities to be successful. 2. THE LOCATION. Our office is located in The Park San Diego campus. Amenities include: gym, volleyball and basketball courts, food halls, Karl Strauss brewery, corn hole games, a great lawn, and much more! It is hard not to be grateful to work in such a cool area.

Our company is on the smaller side, which means you often have to wear different hats and work in a fast-paced environment. This may be a con to some people, but personally, I believe it keeps my mind sharp by constantly learning new things. ICE may be small, but we do big things!
