1. There is no any experience developer in the company. 2. Work life balance is a hell here. 3. 6 days working sometimes need to be worked on Sunday too. 4. They put demos before the product is ready lead to demo failure then face the consequences. 5. Very low salary as intern and full time both. 6. Salary credit date is not fixed sometime 7,8,9 even 10 th day of the month 7. There is strict deadlines of task of you will not achieve that your there is salary deduction too. 8. They don't hire experience engineers they just hire intern in very low stipend and expect to deliver the work as an experienced engineers. 9. At the time of salary credit date you will get to know last month you did not perform as a team so there will be a 50 percent deduction from your salary.

I would not recommend this company. They assign an unrealistic amount of work that cannot reasonably be completed within the given deadlines. Interns are frequently pressured to work overtime without proper compensation, and despite putting in significant effort, appreciation is rarely shown. Even small mistakes can lead to interns being let go. Salaries are often delayed and not paid as initially promised. The company appears to rely almost entirely on interns instead of employing full-time staff, and unfortunately, interns are often treated with little respect. Overall, it creates a very unstable and unfair work environment.
