No pros that I could think of.

No recognition is given. Only the CTO's lackeys get recognition and higher salaries. Your ideas are also not take into consideration, you've to follow whatever the CTO says. Also the development practices are also really bad. There're no proper code review checks. Everyone just puts their patches on beta and gamma servers rather than passing them through some review board stuff and pipelines to pass some unit tests. One other thing, no proper unit tests are written.
