The company offers fair pay, and management is both respectful and approachable. I’ve always felt supported and appreciated here—recognition for hard work is consistent and sincere. The workplace culture has improved steadily, becoming more open, collaborative, and inclusive. Coworkers are friendly and helpful, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork. The benefits and perks go beyond expectations: a health spending account, excellent dental and health insurance, free instant noodles and rice in the lunchroom, and even an annual ice cream day.
