No clear JD since the beginning of employment. How did they manage their KPIs? They did not value their employee and always promise the moon and stars but no action has been taken so far. Favouritism is at best, if you are a "Yes Maam Person" you'll probably be there for a long time. They always ask for fresh ideas but when you speak out, they don't appreciate it (or even hear it). They can kick you out immediately for whatever reasons. They take things personally and look down on all employees. There were never clear instruction and always last minute instruction and expect you to work after working hours and weekends. For the past 4 months, more than 10 people has been terminated (without notice) and resign from this company. This isn't about our performance and capabilities, it's more of the CMO is unable to lead team properly and refused to acknowledge her shortcomings. Leadership 👎
