The pay cannot be beat. The benefits are great and include a 457 plan. The patients are very kind and appreciative. It is well organized and well staffed. The staff is well trained and very welcoming.

It is a busy clinic, typical for FQHC but significantly better organized than my prior FQHC. It is a rural location so access to specialists etc is limited.

The benefits are okay, you get free healthcare visits and most medications are covered within the company. Off major holidays.

The pay is not the best. Management expects you to bend over backwards for them, prioritize the company over your personal life, and pretty much never request vacation time because the company will always be short.
