Some passionate staff remain since amalgamation.

Terrible culture, high burnout and staff turnover, and very low morale. A dictatorship with no room for staff to innovate or ask questions for fear of punishment. Bullying by management is the norm. Staff expertise is not valued or nurtured. Little to no staff training or professional development opportunities. Very poor staff facilities. Lack of communication between teams has resulted in countless missed opportunities, duplication of effort and wasted resources.
