I thought this was my job as a candidate, but they essentially tell you what your wanting to hear to get you hired on. Agreed on wage compensation and then back-peddled last minute after turning down other employers - wait thats a con!

Permanent probation clause giving them the ability to terminate for any reason at any time; Terminated two (2x) days before benefits became activated. All-in-all a terrible and unorganized business that seeks to use the lower entry employees. The company used my employment merely to save half their budget on hiring third-party companies. No true interest in their candidates.
