The company offers competitive salaries. That's it.

Management lies through their teeth when it comes to communicating information. For example: "The company is doing very well.... yet salaries had been frozen for over 2 years, Company forces employees to contribute to a CTA - which is money they take off your paycheque in order to be able to borrow against it. Although they are supposed to pay employees back when they leave (or get dismissed) - they refuse to do so under the pretext that the company is broke (yet they keep telling their employees that the company is thriving.... Nonexistent corporate culture Nepotism is the way to go when it comes to promotions. The president bases the future on past successes he will never replicate again.

Chez nous, comme dans toute entreprise, rien n’est parfait. Ce qui fait réellement notre force, c’est notre façon de travailler ensemble.
