nice PTO balance, flexibility on time, provide fun activities throughout the year

FAVORTISM, FAVORTISM, FAVORTISM,. in the Healthcare division. if you are " liked" and "in good" with upper management you are set- promotions WITHOUT applying, basically get to do whatever you want. if you are not in the "favorite cliques" you are basically screwed from ever advancing or getting raises, not to mention you get looked down upon for not being an "over achiever" . Favoritism is rampant, career growth is only for those who brown nose and are considered a "favorite" Pay is awful , and raises are only for those who are liked !!!!!!!!!!!!

The area of healthcare is especially sensitive. Therefore, Inmar must have the highest of expectations for performance in this area. Explicit requirements and metrics have been established to help ensure exceptional accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. Pay, advancement, etc. are reviewed carefully against those requirements and metrics.
