Pros
I've been with Inland for about 4 months. I came in after there had been some major change. The changes have by far been for the better. The management team is all on the same page and departments are coming together. Employees are now expressing a sense of teamwork. The president is fully involved everyday in each aspect of the company. Employees are recognized monthly and rewarded accordingly.
Kontras
I think sometimes the company is too focused on the Sales department. Management should remember that all departments are equally important and each play a role in making Inland successful. I also noticed that the branding of the company does not match. I think if Inland got their name out there even more, the success would be limitless!
