You get buried under a ton of pointless busywork, and clients can’t clearly convey their ideas, so you’re always guessing what they’ll like. The communication is manipulative. The probationary periods are excessively long. They can fire you with just one day’s notice, but you have to keep working for a whole month when you write the termination letter!
