Pretty fast you can see the actual results of your work. Ownership of things. It's possible to speak up ideas directly to leadership and voice concerns/issues. Pretty transparent company in terms of goals, steps, policies, challenges and direction. Performance review once a year. Perks: provided in-office lunch & dinners and USC membership, unlimited PTOs & remote weeks (but needs to be approved), unlimited budget for self-development books and coaching sessions for managers/employees > 2 years.

Need to learn the ability to have boundaries to preserve work-life balance and get used to not so usual working hours if not used to it (part of the team is in EU and part of the team is in the US so time difference challenges). As mentioned in the title processes are a little chaotic, but good teamwork makes it a controlled chaotic. No career/personal development plans.
