I don't have the habit of writing opinions about my employers. This time I feel the obligation to warn others before they make a mistake. Ink is nothing but a lie. This lie is cherished by management and HR. You can be sure that if there are any problems in your life, they will use it against you. Don't be naive and don't confide to anyone your private matters. They will encourage you to do it because they use it against you in due time. If you go to your manager to talk out, the discussed information will be shared between them in the blink of an eye. Take a day off due to illness, they will insinuate it is because of private matters. Don't trust anyone there. Nobody is your friend/family there. Do your thing and go home.
