The management, HR, your colleagues, all involved will push you, will help you, and laugh with you. You will learn that limitations are not fact based, they are fiction. Dreams, aspirations and obligations will become your fact, reality and pragmatic action, I see the evidence week in week out, people traveling places and reaching heights, physically, figuratively, psychologically… that they assumed were only fantasy. The earning potential is beyond what I thought possible for none C-level executives and all you need is commitment to others and yourself. Age, qualifications, history are not the defining factors of success here, there is a very easy process that when followed, yields spectacular results. What I value the most is that when you are humble, when you give, the rewards manifest. Ink is breaking records because it gives, to its employees and to causes; it invests in the right direction, it is the culture and the rewards ensue. Every struggle has a reward, every “pain” a purpose because the truth is, that’s life. The product is great, the environment bonkers and most importantly it is so much fun.
