      Pros

      Nothing much really, to be honest. Good place for training up one’s mental health because you have to take nothing personal even it’s personally targeting at you with passive aggression.

      Kontras

      Not sure how there would be any progress especially it feels like just taking orders, silently resigning and highly political.
