There were a few inspired and motivated team members on the middle level. Compensation was good.

Nobody in the company knew what the purpose of the product was, including the CEO. The CEO couldn't admit he had no clue, so he jumped from one random idea to another and fired random people from time to time to demonstrate "changes and efficiency." The main investor is a stubborn dude who wants the team to make things happen the way he imagined them, even if it's not logical/possible and stupid. If you don't deliver, you could be fired. Because he was right, he had money, and you were wrong.

Great colleagues and interesting product. Working in the fast developing field of LLM`s.
