People engagement program to forgot how tiring the work is.workload is not enough for an 8-12 hour shift

Currently promoted leaders are Credit grabbers if you will become a contributor so don’t contribute enough.They will just tell the higher management that they are good leaders but individually, you will forever be an associate who will contribute more until you are working 24 hours shift.
