Pros
Relatively flat organization that allows you to work easily with different groups and Management day-to-day or on projects. Management has extensive knowledge and experience within the business and are willing to share that with other motivated employees who are passionate about the business and seek advancement. Company currently growing which has brought new challenges but also many visible opportunities. Interaction with co-workers is pleasant, with many great people working beside you day by day. Comparable benefits to other employers i've had.
Kontras
Employee morale is low and hostile attitudes can be a downer at times. Expectations of some co-workers seem out of touch with reality. Compensation has been difficult/stressful but I see effort and improvement. Sometimes there is lack of Management, sometimes too much. Need to work on communication.
