Great learning experience, but processes need improvement - Software Internship bei Infosys Springboard: Mitarbeiterbewertung

During my internship, I worked on a real project using FastAPI and REST APIs instead of only completing training modules. The mentors were supportive, feedback was constructive, and the program encouraged learning through hands-on development. It was a good environment for students to improve their technical and problem-solving skills.

The internship duration was relatively short, and some project requirements changed during development, making planning a bit challenging. More structured documentation and additional interaction with industry professionals would make the experience even better.

Excellent learning platform with self-paced training, supportive mentors, hands-on Power BI projects, and opportunities to improve data visualization and analytical skills.

Limited interaction with industry professionals, project scope could be broader, and feedback sessions were not conducted frequently.
