1. Not good for people who want to learn and be better in software engineering. 2. You won't earn to fulfill your desires, you will be bare minimum and not upto as your skills. 3. You will be trained on skill X and Y and you will be allocated in a project for a skill Z. They don't understand the basics of project allocations because people with skill Z get allocated to projects that needs skills X and Y. 4. All the time they want you to do some unwanted and useless trainings that doesn't have any impact on your growth. 5. 3 months notice period and if you're in STG ( Strategic Technology Group), no chance of getting any early release. 6. Most of the people are not competitive, who are in the company for more than 2 years have settled themselves with the bare minimum and no guts to learn and grow. ( There are some exceptions but very few ) 7. Showing that you're working is more important than working.
