Pros

Giant company. May be a matter of proud. Good facilities inside office. Certain clients/projects are fun to work most others are not

Most projects work on slogging principle. The most disappointing stuff is the annual appraisal cycle which is anything but transparent. They form a peer group without any rational or logic, compare people with different experience (both infosys exp and overall exp), compare peers with different background, with different work opportunities (like maintenance, support, development everyone is compared with same yardstick). And to top it all they have fixed quota of top, good, average ratings. Like in a peer group only 10% can be top raters. And this rule is very rigid which makes potentially good candidates look average (at least because of the ratings). Terrible rating system to put in a nutshell
