Great opportunities to grow in career (Activities, Trainings, Technology). Onsite opportunities. (Depends on projects and experience) Best work environment, good people all around.

Kontras

The new talent getting in is not upto the mark. They don't understand the values and diluting the "Infosys Culture". The middle management is not capable enough. Politics are creeping in.
