Pros

Great opportunity if you are new in IT. Plenty of time to get trained. Friendly work environment. The great office in Canary Wharf. They give opportunities even if you are not an undergraduate if you prove you have interest and capacity. Most of the training and after-training (until you are placed in actual projects) can be done remotely. You rarely need to go to the office. It can vary . Currently once a week required but they can have some flexibility.

Kontras

For freshers you might end up working in a technology or area you are not really interested. It can take a long time to work actually projects. It varies a lot after initial training. They have fix java and sql training to start with. Then divided into different streams such as cloud, full stack, data, sap etc.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Kontras

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
