Pros

One of the most ethical Indian corporates; very competent management. Ample opportunities for advancement and rapid growth if you strike the right path

Kontras

Work is often not very inspiring if you are the techie type. Once you are in to mid-career level, job is more of general management. As the company has grown it is beginning to experience the pains of growth and employee dissatisfaction has become rampant. Gone are the days when every infoscion used to think great about the company. Infosys is more like a commodity rather than a jewel in the crown it used to be in early 90s.
