1. Facilties and Awesome campus; you get everything in one roof: Food courts, Library, Book shop, Bangalore One centre, food world, ATMs of course, ICICI bank facilities, etc. 2. If you want to settle down to one job and you are a manager, this is the right place. 3. A lot of focus on Knowledge sharing

1. If you are looking to widen your horizons (Developer) and learn new stuff this is not a agood place since everything is driven by clients 2. The leadership qualities of Managers need to improve a LOT 3. Nobody wants to take any kind of risk and just wants the job to be done for the sake of it. 4. Compensation/Salary is below industry standard
