good and robust IT process to learn -good looking campus and buildings..:):) -Still a good brand in Rural india

-too big now to take care of the aspirations of employee -too low salary compared to market -there are only few thousands of rupee different from a freshers and a 4+ yrs experiance -very monotous work environment -too many polices for employee -9.15 hr daily work like labourers -Too much politics now days -no onsite oppoertunity now days -managers thinks we are coolie to work like 7 days a week .
