One of the best companies to work from IF you are fresh out of college. The training program is extremely rigorous and detailed. Makes you a fine foot soldier.

Kontras

Laterals get a raw deal. No stock options since last so many years. Unfriendly HR practices like i-race and 9.15 hrs mandatory work hours have brought in a lot of resentment.
