Pros

Powered by intellect, driven by values...From the first day you will notice that Infosys has a lot of very high caliber consultants. I would describe Infosys consultants as extremely sharp and devoted to their company. The company is investing a lot in the wellness and the recognition of his employees: very nice office at Canary Wharf, global Infosys awards where prices (camcorders, iphones or other pieces of technology) are delivered online in front of all employees in the world, training in one of their campus in India, etc...

Kontras

While the selection process is very hard at Infosys for technical consultants, I can't say the same for the management. I would tend to say that managers hired in the UK do not share the same values as managers hired in India even if they do have an indian background.
