Pros

If you count the campus, food courts, accessibility (bus), friends - you'll find someone from your college or old neighborhood etc.

Kontras

No good intent towards employees from top management. Flowery words keep appearing time to time. The salary is actually worse than it looks on paper. There are variable components which get paid far below 100% for most employees even when company makes good profit. There are so many processes and policies that one might get lost. Job hoppers, beware, the old and dusted policy of 3 months notice has been brought out of closet and being enforced. Above all, mediocrity rules in Infosys.

Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
