Pros

Opportunity to work with the newest technology. Your colleagues are very helpful. Pay is about average to above average to what other companies offer. If you like to travel, you will have be able to do so. Most employees go to India for a couple of months to understand the company architecture.

Kontras

Benefits are not that great. No matching 401k. Tuition imbursement is only for management. You usually have to pass two yearly certifications (one domain, one technical) If you are low level employee you may have many managers to deal with, so this can be confusing.
