Payment roll and benefits, location

Human Resources department 100% people are useless and non sensitive. Career path is only on written maps but wont apply unless you have a finger to touch you from upper levels. Communication from top management to people happens just after things are done. Salary increase will happen if any after 2 or 3 years, booooring projects, zero profesional dev.
