Pros

Dynamic working environment with full of flexible experts collaborating with each other, good place to work for anyone seeking new challenges and opportunuties in any kind of business domain and technology, nice office and kind colleagues throughout the world who are really ready to support you when you need, perfect speed of IT support team in resolving your IT queries, open-minded colleagues, with whom you can resolve issues and problems together.

Kontras

Policies, standards, rules and processes play a crucial role even in daily work life and may sometimes cause latencies, unnecessary efforts to proceed with what you're supposed to do. If you're kind of person who likes his comfort area, you may find the work environment a little bit tricky, while you'll be jumping from one topic/task to another regularly and you'll be required to get accustomed to work under really strict deadlines and provide the deliverable ontime. I remember several days on which I just remember entering the office and leaving it and do not understand how the day was completed that quick.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
