Pros

you can always quit. The colleagues are nice, but being a foreigner in CZ without knowing the language makes it a bit difficult to have really a private life.

Kontras

Want you to do a lot of overtime, totally Indian approach on cost savings, they don't really think about you in the way they should be and basically hire anyone.

2 at-home days per week

Kontras

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
