Enjoyed the work culture during my 5 years of work with Infosys technologies, Chennai. Everyone in the company was equally respected despite their seniority or role played. Had a very good team, managers were very helpful, co-operative and friendly.
Kontras
Had to work on night shifts for a good part of my career. The night shift allowance provided was too less compared to the competitors. The compromise one has to make to work in night shifts is very high compared to those work in regular shifts, it should be aptly compensated, otherwise people will loose the enthusiasm to change their entire lifestyle for a such a long period
