Pros

Opportunity to learn new technologies. Training at Mysore is awesome. Will be trained in multiple technologies. No words for Mysore campus. It's like dream coming true. I got a good career start in Infosys.

Kontras

After training stay in Infosys for only project experience and then search for job in another company. Infosys treats client first, stakeholders second and employees third. Most of the times ignores employees. Recently is in news for freezing salary hikes.
