      Best company to start your career with. Good work environment. A reputed company to work in.

      Kontras

      Policies are meant for only SE's, SSE's and TL's. Management level can easily break or mold the rules. No transparency.

      2 at-home days per week

      Kontras

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
