Pros

Multicultural environment, quite good open space working conditions.

Kontras

You need to constantly fight for a decent salary which you'll get who knows when due to the company policies. The upper managing layer makes a lot of promises but shows little will to improve the conditions of workers. The salary discrepancy between workers can cause some obvious attrition. Just because he/she speaks French or Dutch doesn't mean he should make more money, especially when he/she is incompetent at the job.

2 at-home days per week

Kontras

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
